"Lightweight Artists" is a framework for continuing artistic and cultural activities. Any artists belonging to this group can plan and lead events based on their imagination, knowledge, and talent. Artists support a potential director and complete a picture with people who can follow. Essentially, it exists to minimise many of the difficulties encountered in acting independently.
